COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
At ENACT, Tia plays a key role in facilitating community engagement processes, including participatory consultations, field research, stakeholder coordination, and documentation of community insights. Her work contributes to strengthening relationships with communities and supporting inclusive planning approaches that reflect community priorities, livelihoods, and governance structures.
With an academic background in Anthropology and Sociology from Universiti Malaya, Tia’s training enables her to examine the cultural and socio-economic dynamics within rural and underserved communities, ensuring that project interventions are grounded in local realities and lived experiences. Her approach to programme design and implementation ensures that technical energy initiatives remain socially responsive and community-centered.
