Syafiq leads the implementation of ENACT’s CommUnity Energy insights Framework (CUE-F) and CommUnity Energy insights Index (CUE-I), supporting data collection, field research, and analytical development across community energy projects. His work focuses on translating community-level insights into structured indicators that inform planning, risk assessment, and project design. Through close engagement with communities and project partners, Syafiq contributes to strengthening evidence-based, community-driven approaches to energy access and rural development.
